An engagement shoot is an excellent way to get comfortable in front of the camera before your big day. It’s normal to feel nervous or self-conscious when you know you are going to be the centre of attention and be photographed throughout your wedding day so an engagement shoot gives you the opportunity to get used to the process and learn some posing techniques to feel more relaxed on the big day.
It’s also shoot is also a great opportunity for us to get to know each other before your wedding day and you can even maybe use the pictures taken for your wedding invitations or save-the-date cards, or they could even be used to create a beautiful guest book where guests can sign next to their favourite shots, creating a lovely keepsake for you to cherish.
I normally conduct these photoshoots in a beautiful picturesque Gloucestershire village complete with a Manor House and lake. If you have children or dogs, you can bring them too and also get lots of lovely photos with your family.
